She started her career by playing in commercials when she was only 3 years old. Her first role was in “Sings” (2002), where she played Mel Gibson’s character daughter. After that she gained recognition for her work in “Little Miss Sunshine” (2006) for which she has been nominated as one of the youngest Oscar nominees at the age of 10.

Abigail had made her debut on Broadway stage a year later with positive reviews. She has also starred in “Definitely, Maybe” (2007) and “My Sister’s Keeper” (2009). Currently she continues her acting career, also gives her voice to animated characters and supports victims of sexual assault.
