Honey
If you store honey properly, it will last indefinitely: factors such as light, heat or moisture affect the quality and can greatly reduce its shelf life. That’s why honey must be stored in a dark, cool and dry place. Since it is often too humid in the refrigerator, and honey attracts water, the moisture can harm the honey.
Tip: If honey has solidified, it can be liquefied in a water bath.
