Dry Cheese
We know that many people believe that putting dry cheese in the fridge is the best option. Error.
As with fruits, not all types of cheeses need to be kept in the refrigerator. It is best to follow the packaging recommendation, but there is a rule that can serve as a guide: soft cheese should be stored in the refrigerator, but hardcover does not need it. The cold can change the taste and can make it more tasteless. Basically, the cold dries, cracks and causes them to lose properties and flavor.
The best option for cheeses is to keep it at the room temperature, in an airtight container.
If you still want to put them in the fridge, choose the central part, the least cold, or the vegetable drawers.
