Coffee
There is the idea that coffee beans or ground coffee are best preserved in the fridge. Although it is true that you need a cool place and if possible airtight, but again extreme temperatures, humidity and sudden changes in temperature are enemies of coffee and its aroma.
Exactly the same goes for tea, by the way.
