Source of Body Water
I know this is self-explanatory, but I have to emphasize. Water is significant for your body health. If you are that person who rarely takes water, then you are risking your body to dehydration related diseases, which have a bad long term consequence like lowering blood levels.
Forgetting to have a glass of water does not mean you cannot have an alternative. What I’m trying to say is that considering raw food recipes, especially some fruits, gives your body with adequate water. If you have an elderly or a child who doesn’t like water, give them fruits, and their dehydration will be gone.
